Need HELP choosing a rug!

Okay, I need a little help from everyone, and I just figured out that this blog has a cool polling feature that I am going to try out.
We finally got our new couch for the sunroom (our old one started ripping and they didn't have the fabric match anymore, so they gave us a new one!). Anyway, I am trying to find a rug for under it....which of these do you like? Once you decide vote on the poll on the right side of the page!
Oh, and a couple sidenotes...we are trying to go a little more contemporary in this room, and if we went w/ the polka dots one I think we would need new pillows. Also, the orange circle in the big rug is actually more terra cotta like the wall color...it didn't photo well.

Thanks!!

Go Colts!!

We took the boys to the 1st Colts game this year at the New Lucas Oil Stadium, and it was awesome! The stadium is amazing, and the boys had so much fun!! Our goal was to make it to halftime which we did, so we were very pleased!

We found out the next day that Caden had pink eye, so not very many good pictures of him. I guess I should have known since every picture he is either rubbing his eye, or looks drunk.

Not a good picture of Caden, but check out the amazing view behind him...it doesn't even look real!

Eli was just happy to have his own box of popcorn!!

Alright already...

Geez, having a blog is a lot of pressure. If you don't have any anything exciting to write about in your life for a week or so, people start getting a little impatient! This weekend even my quiet, kind sister in law said I need to step up my blog because I hadn't updated in awhile.

Okay, so now I am just trying to think of things that may be "blog worthy". You already know that they boys started school last week, but they also started a few new "sports"...although, I don't think my father would consider these activities to be sports. LOL They now are getting tennis lessons once a week and they go to gymnastics once a week. Here are a couple video clips of the boys at gymnastics. The first day I was in complete shock that they actually stayed with their little instructor and really DID WHAT THEY WERE TOLD TO DO???!

This is just Eli stretching out before class...until he spots me up in the balcony.

Where did my baby go?

Eli had his 1st day of pre-school today and he was so excited to finally get to go to Caden's school. He was very upset though (and I was too) that when we arrived we found out it was a "practice day" and that Moms had to stick around the whole time. He kept pushing Caden & I to the door and saying "go away now". Hopefully the excitement will last...next week school starts for real...whooohooo!!!

State Fair 2008

We love the State Fair...all the crappy food, rides ,and, of course, the interesting people. It's just good ol' Indiana fun. We took the boys last night and they loved the animals...although they really were most interested to find a animal that happened to be going to the bathroom. Not sure why, but that really was hilarious to them...boys! Of course, their favorite part was "John Deere Land" as Caden named it. They quickly discovered that even w/out keys you can still do things with the tractors...like beep the horns, turn on the hazard lights, etc. They had the buttons figured out on those things within seconds.

At one point when I was taking Caden potty for the 3rd time, he hugged me and said "you're my best friend...I am SO happy!" Awww...now that is what I wish I could save in a picture!

Finally on the water!

Okay, as most everyone knows we live very close to Geist Resevoir, but without a stinkin' boat you can't even get near the water. Finally, our good friends Drew & Latefe got a boat that we can mooch off!! LOL We had a great day celebrating Latefe's birthday on the water. We had a blast tubing until I think I got whiplash and had to call it a day. For some reason, it just isn't as easy as it was when we were kids. We ended the birthday party in Anderson at a new casino that just opened up there. Jerome and I lost every dime we put in, but the birthday girl won everytime! Besides waking up miserable from my "tubing injury" it was a GREAT day! Happy Birthday Latefe!!!!

New Pictures

We were SO lucky have friend of ours, who happens to be an amazing photographer come over yesterday and take some pictures of the boys. They were not as cooperative as I would have hoped, but she still got some great shots. By the end, I was literally holding up M&M's and giving them one for each pose they would hold. Now I have to decide which ones to order!

Jimmy Buffett

Jerome and I got to let loose this week and went to a Jimmy Buffett concert...what a GREAT time we had! Of course, we both were miserable the next day and wondering why it takes so much longer to rebound now from a night of fun!
